Abstract
Rhabdomyosarcoma is the most common soft tissue sarcoma in childhood and 20 percent of Rhabdomyosarcma in children arise in the urogenital tract. The paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma is a highly malignant neoplasm with early invasion and
metastases,
which has retroperitoneal metastases in about half of the patient at the time of dignosis. However, the survival rates have been improved greatly by using multimodaltherapy.
